The San Felipe Baptist Association is located southwest of Houston in one of the fastest growing areas in the nation.
Made up of more than 60+ churches, the Association is poised for continued growth in the coming years. Churches in the Association include urban, suburban, town and county, and rural locations.
Together, the churches of the SFBA look forward to the days ahead in working together to reach their communities.
• Will provide primary leadership to the ministry of the Association.
• Will lead in achieving the ministry objectives of the Association.
• Will connect to and assist the member churches of the Association.
• Will be a resource to the ministry staffs of the member churches.
• Will be a missional voice to foster Gospel Impact through the member churches.
• Will be a missional strategist to assist churches in community engagement.
• Will provide leadership to the Associational Staff.
• Will work intentionally with the teams and administration of the Association.

• Bachelor’s Degree with a Master’s Degree in a related field are preferred.
• 10+ years of experience serving in a SBC Church.
• Be able to work with both the BGCT and the SBTC State Conventions.
• Be an effective communicator.
• Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
• Office Support and Professional Development will be provided.
